Valentine Cookie Bouquets!
Sugar Cookies made fun!  Use your favorite sugar cookie recipe and turn them into fun Valentine flower bouquets, birthday bouquets or any other special arrangement for your loved ones!  The bouquets below are for the kids’ teachers, not me, mainly Keegan’s preschool teachers for Valentines Day.  They’re almost too pretty to eat!

Next month bouquet: St. Patrick’s Day  Arrangement!

Hawaiian Chicken Salad
1 chicken, cooked then chunked/cubed
20 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
2 cups red grapes, cut in half
1 1/4 cups cashews (or any nuts)
2 stalks celery, chopped

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.  You may want to reserve the cashews and blend them in right before serving to keep them crunchy!

Dressing:
1/2 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup pineapple juice
2-4 tbls. sugar

salt & pepper, to taste

Mix all dressing ingredients until creamy smooth.  Add extra pineapple juice if salad seems too dry.

Carve out a pineapple and serve in the pineapple on a bed of tropical fruit!  Enjoy!

If I do another cookbook for Isaac's Foundation I will put the recipe in there, so you still have to buy the cookbook!
